Cannot insert pictures by URL

Any time I try to insert pictures, it hangs up with the progress wheel stuck at the halfway point, then eventually just goes away without giving an error message. I've tested it with pictures of varying sizes and formats, made sure the URL was an http://, etc. It's definitely not a user error.

Is Prezi experiencing some sort of down time, or could it be my connection?
