Help with zooming aspect. *VIDEO* of problem. Please help. Urgent.

I have included a screencast of my problem below.

I am having trouble figuring out how to transition over to another slide on the same plane without zooming in and out. I want my transitions to be like it is between the first two slides in the video ( I have no idea how I was able to make it like this). But most every slide on the same plane transitions like it does between the second two slides in the video. How do I control this?
