REFUND due to NO NOTIFICATION ON THE AUTOMATIC CHARGES & I am not keen to subscribes Prezi!

Hi! I did not receive any email notification on the expiry date of the 30-days trial and I was automatically charged on 3/9/2014 with an invoice suddenly emailed to me. I did not purchase or conduct any subscription. Please refund. I tried to search for refund support in the website but it's lead me to other. I hope you could manage this issue professionally and refund USD 59 to my account asap. Due to I am not keen on Prezi product after the trial. Thank you & I wish for your understanding.
