I've paid for a Prezi PRO license, it shows active in my account purchases, but somehow I still have a PUBLIC ACCESS free license making it F'ING IMPOSSIBLE to get support. Is there anyone who can help with this? I've been all over the Prezi site and I just get run in circles telling me I have to upgrade to contact support. There isn't even a corporate phone number, email address, NOTHING. Epic FAIL Prezi! PLEASE HELP.
