I can't log back in to desktop

Firstly, my presentations wouldn't sync to prezi.com. One of the solutions in these forums was to log out of my desktop prezi and sign back in.

Now, I can't even log in to my prezi desktop, even though my username and password are correct. The error message is "No connection to prezi.com"

Also, when I try to change a presentation on prezi.com it does not update it on my account, despite the fact that it has been saved.

What the hell is going on?
