Cant open my prezi

Hi

I am a new user of prezi. When I was using Prezi for making my project, it suddenly refused to insert a new photo (the format is jpeg, which should be fine). I tried to save everything and closed the prezi, then tried to reopen it.

But then, it cant be opened at all. only blank white page appear. how to fix it? The project is due tmrw :(
