I have updated (and uninstalled/reinstalled) Adobe Air a couple of times now, but still, when I try to download a Prezi to my desktop, I get an error message stating that "this application requires a version of Adobe Air which cannot be found." How do I fix this? I would like to be able to access my Prezis offline (not to edit, just to present) again! PLEASE HELP!! Thanks :)
