After using my work email to register my prezi account, I am now unable to log into prezi due to forgotton password. The problem is, I no longer work for this company, nor does my email address exist any more.
I saved a copy of the prezi on my laptop, however when I try to open it, I get the error message "windows cannot find 'content\pezi.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again"
This Prezi is urgently needed, so any help/advice would me most appreciated!
