Could someone tell me how to deal with this company? I had a training using an educational email and now I'm told I can get a better deal with that email. However, when I enter it , it tells me it is in use, so I resent password in my account with gmail, and so how do I get EduPro? Outrageously, I can't get customer support to subscribe unless I already subscribe. Has anyone else dealt with this absurdity?
