All details correct, hit Submit button, get "Please Wait" status bar... then returned to sign up page and all info is BLANKED OUT - except for my name and email. NO error messages. NO "incorrect info". No account creation confirmation. Empty data fields. That's it. SAME RESULTS after multiple attempts using both Chrome and IE. Attempted to login using credentials I thought I had just created. "Invalid User" errors.
I don't know if you've created an account for me or not. It doesn't seem so, but unfortunately I can't really tell. I HOPE YOUR SIGN UP PAGE IS SECURE, because I've entered my CC number multiple times on the same page. If I start to see multiple charges from a fake Ethiopian bank, I'm going to be very upset. Furthermore, without the ability to quickly call\contact support personnel about something as important as the security of my CC information (no phone number on your website, no online chat option) is more than frustrating and does NOT instill a lot of confidence in your company or your product.
