My prezi is missing

I just logged into my account to print my prezi that I had already completed and it is missing.  When I first logged into the account, there was a pop-up message that said, "sorry, we couldn't load your prezi please give us a minute" or something of that nature.  After I hit the reload button, there was no longer a message or any other indication of my prezi.
