I was told I could make a free account on prezi for students but ended up being provided a link to Enjoy account which will charge me once the month was up and I wasn't aware how to go about creating a free account. I talked to my teacher and she provided me a new link to go to make an EDU Enjoy account. But I don't want to keep the first Prezi Enjoy account I made for I don't know how much I'll use the account and I don't want to be charged at the end of the month.
When I try to fix it by switching the account i tried to:
Go to the Settings & Account page & Scroll down until I reach the 'Your license details' section.
I went to Click the 'Upgrade your license' button to upgrade. to the Edu Enjoy account but there is no button that shows up to click on.
Not sure then what to do. Do I need to then delete the account and recreate a new one so it will be an Edu Enjoy account? And I created a presentation for school on prezi that i don't want to loose. Can someone please help me solve my dilemma.
