Can't login, info is gone!

I signed up for the Enjoy version because of a school project. After finishing it, I logged out to work on other things, but the perfectionist in me wanted to check it again to make sure it was fine. When I went to log in, it said my information was incorrect. Naturally, I tried recovering my password. The problem there is it said that I was using an email that wasn't recognized. I followed the support links and saw this -

"If you are an Enjoy, Pro, or EDU Pro license holder, please contact our premium support by clicking here. Our dedicated support staff will be able to confirm you are the owner of the account, and assist you. If you are not able to log into a Enjoy, Pro, or EDU Pro account, please leave a comment below this article with details of the email address associated with your Enjoy, Pro, or EDU Pro account and one of our staff will contact you."

The second half of that paragraph was exactly what I was going through, so I left a comment explaining the situation and expressing my frustration at agreeing to pay for a subscription at the end of October that I can't access.

To top it all off, I searched the public prezi collection to see if mine would be there, and it was nowhere to be seen among 34 other presentations on the same subject! My prezi has disappeared and I have no way to contact Premium Support because I can't log in! Please help me resolve this, preferably by helping me use the product. I enjoyed using it during that little time I had. But if you need information to locate my card please let me know! Thank you, I'm sorry you all have to deal with this side of things too.
