How can I recover my missing frames and information?

I worked on this prezi for hours a month ago. I went in today to put together the finishing touches. Since I work on an old, slow Linux laptop at my school, I tried to view my finished prezi on my iPad & had to download the app to view it :(

I went through it ok, but I needed to fix some punctuation. I opened it up in the app but couldn't do what I wanted, so I closed it without saving changes (being that I changed nothing that I did on my laptop). When I saw the thumbnail image on my tablet after closing it, my venn diagram was missing a circle. Puzzled, I went back to my laptop to check it out. When I opened-up the prezi, the majority of my work was gone! There was nothing to "undo" and I have no option to restore a previous version.

Can I get my things back?? My entire transcript still shows-up below my prezi, so the info is still there somewhere.

I was hoping to use this as a Google Slides alternative, but I cannot afford to spend hours working on my presentations for class only to lose info and have no way to back it up.
