Someone else in my company signed up for Prezi using my credit card. We no longer use Prezi and my credit card was charged the annual fee. I have since canceled my account but I need a refund immediately! And truthfully, your customer service is very discouraging. The fact that you cannot reach somebody to discuss customer support is quite frustrating. I realize this is the digital age but nothing replaces a voice on the other line who can help you with your problem. I'm quite frustrated with this process and just want my money back.
