Problem with portable prezi for Windows

Hi, I am a Prezi Pro subscriber and am having some problems with Portable Prezis. The forums have several similar problems described, but I have yet to find a answer that will work for my issue. I have created several Prezis for my company which have been very successful. However, now everyone wants to have copies. When I download a Portable Prezi version and send it to my colleagues, no one can open the file. I even get the error message: "WIndows cannot find 'content\Prezi.exe.' Am I doing something wrong?
