URGENT HELP! I keep getting errors with the trial version

Hi,

I' have an EDU account for students

I need to work on a presentation and so I downloaded the 30 day trial version on a Mac Book Pro 10.6.8. The application downloads and installs just fine - I sign in - it starts downloading styles and fonts...then asks me to "continue with trial version" - as soon as I click that I get the message "Oh dear - an error occurred. Please quit the application and restart."

I've done that 3 times in addition to deleting the application and re-installing it. Nothing works. Same message every time

PLEASE HELP.
