Can't edit prezi - can't select a text box nor image to edit it!

Have tried to edit a prezi i created yesterday but can't select text box nor images to move or edit. No error messages are displayed and no alerts either.

Thought it might be the storage space so upgraded to Enjoy - and nothing has changed!

Tried submitting a new question to support and it says i have to upgrade, which i just did. Could i get some help please?
