Cancelling Subscription During Trial

To whom it may concern,

I recently signed up for the free month trial to view your software. Unfortunately it was not for me. However when I try to cancel my subscription on my account details of your site there is no option for me to do so. I have tried all that is recommended on your site including looking through the settings page for the option to cancel the subscription but the option is not there.

I am eager to cancel the subscription before any payments are made so a swift response would be greatly appreciated.
