Hi,
I've downloaded my presentation and unzipped it to my desktop.
Our computers run on a central server (including our desktops). My Prezi runs fine if I put it in my Local C drive, but will not run over the server i.e. if I place the downloaded folder on my desktop - I get the Error message 'UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory' then a Windows modal that says 'Windows cannot find 'content\Prezi.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again'.
I have checked all my steps and unzipped the folder correctly, keeping all the files together. The Prezi.exe runs fine locally, just not over the server.
Is there anything I can do to make it 'support UNC paths?' as I have to same all my work over the office network/server for others to access and not locally.
(I found one other post on this topic, but the other person was satisfied to save locally)
Many thanks for any help.
