Will a feature to make the timing less then 4 seconds be added?

I know there has been a lot of posting about the timing issue, being able to change the timing for each move, if needed. Are there any plans to add custom timing. I see people have been asking for it for 3 to 5 years.  I saw that there were ways to get around making the timing longer, but I would need to make it shorter then 4 seconds. If this isn't possible in prezi, has anyone found the best third party software for changing timing? Thanks so much,
