I need a phone contact in Australia to solve an issue after upgrading

I did upgrade to Enjoy an hour and a halfo ago but I don't have any confirmation email. I need support on this since I'm actively lookg for some way to contact prezi but has been unsuccessful.

BTW, due I don't have any confirmation emails from PREZI, I did twice with one credit card and other couple of times with another one. Could some help me?? I don't want to be charged 4 times.
