I upgraded my Prezi account through PayPal and submitted 4 support queries with the reference number from PayPal and the original e-mail receipt.
All I can get back from Prezi support is a request to send them the reference number (which I have and then do again) and then 24 hours later they respond saying they have not heard back from me.
I have also tweeted them, received a response, but no resolution.
So I have paid my subscription but they have not re-activated my account.
Has anyone else has a similar issue?
