A nice feature of Prezi is the ability to embed Youtube video's. When implementing features, it is good to choose which feature to add. Restricting insertion of video's to Youtube is thus an understandable choice: it is the number one video website, and it limits the time spent on adding new small video websites.
However, TED (www.ted.com) is perhaps one of the best known partners for prezi. It may be a good idea if one could add TED video's to a prezi. It is possible to embed TED video's in e.g. a website, so it is not as if there would be some problem with this from an IP view.
(It is something like adding a https://embed-ssl.ted.com/talks/terry_moore_how_to_tie_your_shoes line to the prezi)
Kind regards,
Roel
