There is not enough memory for this Prezi to load

Hi Support.  I have been fighting with getting my Prezi to let me finish and edit it, and I keep getting the same error message.  I checked previous forums and decreased the individual image resolution so that it is within the required limit.  I also have all other programs and tabs closed while trying to work on this prezi.

Please help; I am very frustrated and want to use Prezi for my presentation.  

You have my permission to go ahead and delete what you need to from the presentation on your end.
