Is there a way to add a hyperlink to an image?

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a hyperlink to an image or shape in Prezi?

I know how to create a hyperlink, but some of my hyperlinks are long and messy looking. I would rather "disguise" the hyperlink as an image or shape that just simply says "Click Here".

Are there any tricks for doing this?
