prezi cannot sync with prezi.com

My local Prezi programme does not have option to sync with prezi.com? How is this possible? I have the options to export or download, but not to sync.

I need to sync my prezi to send the url for you to create a video for me.

Wow, I am really struggling with this Prezi version on my local PC, as many of the options 'advertised' by Prezi on the web, are simply not there on my local PC version.

Quite disappointing to say the least.
