Getting in contact with prezi support team

Hellow,

how can I get in contact with prezi admin team?

I have an emergency question.

recently I bought Prezi pro using my first account.. which apparently I have registered it using an email address which was typed wrongly. I am sure about this as prezi doesnt requires email verification. 

and so I bought the prezi pro using my first account which is inaccessible because I did not remember which typo mistakes that I did when registering that email address in the first place..

currently I registered a second free account just to know if I can talk to admin and to ask for help. becuase The amount I purchase has been clearly deducted from my credit card. 

Please I need assitance.
