I had a premiere education account for Prezi when I was in grad school. I no longer use prezi (haven't for at least three years) and no longer have access to my school email which was attached to my account. For the past two years, when my CC account was charged, I have attempted to contact Prezi to cancel my account (or at least change my email). There has been no response, and now even finding a link for support is impossible: no contact number and the only link to fix login issues REQUIRES A LOGIN! I have been charged over $150 for services I have not used. I would like to cancel along official channels, but it looks like I will simply have to cancel payment via my CC company.
