I paid for annual Prezi account $59 but when I log in my Prezi account, it does not have this information and it suggests me to upgrade. I already upgraded and can't call or even send a direct tech. support question. It is a vicious circle and very annoying! It ruins all your brilliant ideas if complete lack of support is not available. In my PayPal payment receipt there is a phone for tech. support and it is out of service!!!
