I work for a large multinational (Intel) and have found Prezi to be very useful and dynamic in changing how I can communicate. I'm torn between promoting this product and getting you hundreds if not thousands of more users, or letting you continue to just fumble about with any business sense.
I'm perplexed by the wasteland of replies from Prezi on so many topics in these forums. And so many of these are so OLD. I'm surprised to see 3 year old topics still "under consideration" and new topics with 10 replies of users over a 10 month period without a single reply from a prezi representative.
You have a product with great promise, but if you don't start communicating to your user base, you're going to find that it will start shrinking instead of growing.
I will not be promoting prezi at my company as what I read on the forums doesn't leave me with a positive experience - even though I think you have a product with a lot of promise.
That's sad.
