Audio Question with Portable Prezi

Hello! I have a question about audio files dealing with portable prezi. I was able to link all my individual mp3 audio files to each "slide" of my prezi, but when I converted it to a portable prezi, only one "slide"'s audio will not work. Can anyone tell me what I should do? I have re-recorded/re-linked the audio file and it still will not work. All the audio files play just fine while in the original .pez file, but for some reason that one audio file will not play on that one "slide" while using the portable prezi file.

HELP! This is the only thing preventing me from implementing my presentation at work.
