Stuck on processing!
I am creating a Prezi for a big client. Everything was working fine but suddenly when I wanted to ad a picture it got stuck on processing. I've tried deleting it and adding another but it still gets stuck. Any picture I want to add shows the same problem. I have used PNG and JPEG (5 pictures in total) and not one over 500k. I am using Prezi Desktop on a MacBook Pro. Please advice.
