This is my third (and final) attempt to contact an employee at Prezi that can assist me with my EDU account. I have sent numerous requests for an EDU account but never get the email to finalize the account. I had planned to roll out Prezi to my staff but until this is resolved we will be unable to use Prezi with our students. I have not gotten assistance from anyone on the forum and there is no other way to contact Prezi staff. Very frustrating.
