A grey "processing" box in the middle of presentation screen

Hi, I created a presentation by using Prezi and it works really well,
Thanks for the great work.

But after I downloaded it and opened in portable Prezi, I found that there always is a grey "processing" box in the middle of the presentation screen and affect the whole presentation.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

Any help will be appreciated =)
