Unable to create a new prezi or choose templates and when I try creating a blank prezi, it never loads up.

After pressing "new prezi," the "choose your template" area is completely blank and all the buttons are unresponsive and refuse to load anything.
I haven't hit my 100 mb cap yet so I ruled that out. If nothing else I can just recycle an older prezi, but it would be great if someone could help me fix this.
