I've been using Prezi for a couple of years and am constantly miffed over the app allowing the placement and zoom-in on certain things, only to find that we can no longer edit them later...the dreaded error messages ultimately telling us we did something wrong. What really is wrong is that you do not yet have a fix for this major issue. You've gone too long letting us go to far!!! Please put your programmers on what's most important, instead of, for example, the creation of a new panel at the bottom of the page focused on frames and text when those haven't even been issues. I can't think of anything more debilitating with Prezi than the inability to control the image zoom/size restrictions in advance of when they become a problem. We're major users of Prezi, but I can't bill clients for all the errors and issues that result from technical difficulties that your app constantly generates. Come on, this has been happening for years!
