Help! I'm working on Firefox and for some reason I cannot create a new Prezi. As soon as I select a template and click "use template" the only action that occurs is the spinning wheel. I understand allowing a few moments for information to process, but I have been staring at the same spinning wheel for about twenty minutes with nothing happen. Please assist/advise.
