I would like to downgrade from my free student enjoy account to a public account, as I have graduated from school and need to keep my prezis from my time as a student. The regular downgrading instruction do not work because there isn't a payment to cancel, and simply changing my email isn't possible because my new email isn't an educational website. What are my options?
