Hi,
I have just the big Prezi Desktop version and have a prezi file I want to upload back to my Prezi.com account.
It went well, at first. I quickly reached up to 71% upload, but then it uploads and uploads, but nothing happens. 3 hours later its still only at 71%. Why?
The file is some 300MB.
I do not know what the problem is, but after reading online I read some mentioning Firewall issues. I then contacted our IT-Support that do not have time to deal with Software that are unusual for our office and then ask me to find out mysself about what ports Prezi wants to be open..? I am not a tech expert and I can not find any info about ports...what info can I give our IT-support, so the uploading can continue?
What ports does Prezi wants to be open?
I use a full updated Win 7, on a Dell Latitude Core i7.
Our office has somekind of Firewall...but have uploaded files to other services before without any problem.
Can it be something else then a Firewall Issue?
