a tried Prezi for 30 days, then i change my email to an educational one, when i sing in on the Prezi web site it's recognize the EDU account, but when i open my Prezi desktop it can't identify my EDU account and warn me that my 30 days trial have expired.
How can i do my desktop identify my EDU account?
