Prezi keeps saying it's "opening"!

Help! I'm working on a Prezi using Desktop. When I'm in it and editing, suddenly a window appears indicating it's "opening" and the wheel just keeps spinning and spinning. I can't continue to edit.

If I quit Prezi and re-open, I am able to edit again for a minute or two, then this happens again. How can I get this to stop???
