The 4th of April of 2013 you charged my credit card with a subscription of Prezi Enjoy, and I received an e-mail with a confirmation, titled: Successful payment to prezi.com.
The transaction ID is: 88wkg3.
However, my account is still public and I cannot enjoy the benefits of the Enjoy account and I am therefore quite bothered.
The worst is that I can't even access any technical assistance because you did not reconfigurate my account.
I expect you to find a solution for this as soon as possible and that you let my subscription start from now on because I haven't been able to use what I have paid for until now. My e-mail adress is: danielasanchezvalencia@gmail.com
