Embedded videos not playing, technical problem message is shown.

I have several prezis that use embedded youtube videos. Our school just switched over to windows 7 and google chrome. Now done of the youtube videos are playing, just stating a technical problem has occurred. I understand it may be our safety settings may be the cause. I have no idea what to tell our computer person on how to solve this issue..
HELP, I need my prezis for for lessons!
