No saving

Dear all,

when I'm trying to save my prezi, it doesn't work and I get the message "Please check your internet connection or firewall, allow traffic to prezi.com and make sure you have the latest version of Flash." However, I just installed Flash Player Version 13.1
The technical details - id: 115 the reason is: 1530
Please, what do I have to do for saving my prezi?
