First, I'll admit that there is a 99% chance that this is user error. It is highly likely that something popped up or I've missed something that would help me get out of my dilemma. But since I haven't been able to get beyond it.....
I had a paid account and now want to go back to the free account. But now I can't. It tells me my paid account has expired (true). I've switched back the PUBLIC license (and gotten the email to prove it) but I still can't get it to let me build a new presentation. I have gotten an email saying I can either delete my account (don't want to) or get on a paid plan (I don't want to do this either) Are these really my only two choices or is this some form of blackmail? I just want to use the FREE version and continue using the presentations I've previously built.
I tried to find someone to ask for help thru a chat or phone call but I can't. But I DID spent 10 minutes clicking all the different links to try finding a way to do that. Here's a sarcastic "THANKS" for making it difficult to get support.
I used to love Prezi but now I can't....it's become a frustration rather than a great tool. HELP!?!?
