I did not authorize the 59 dollar payment you just charged me, cannot afford it and never got to even use your services. It doesn't work at all for my purposes and charging me is a shady tactic I assume you will immediately reverse. Your immediate attention and refund of my money is appreciated and will save me going directly to my bank, your attorney general, BBB and any other board that will allow me to post regarding your charges.
