Can't edit Prezis

Hi - new to Prezi and unable to edit anything. Getting the following error message:

id: 1200 the reason is: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]

Have tried on two different computers, updated Flash on this machine currently working on, can't find any firewall issues. Seems to be a very common issue with no solution.
