I made a prezi and saved it but when I went back to use it all of the new content was gone. It had reverted back to what I had originally saved. The URL is http://prezi.com/bbrjbcyybqzl/edit/#0... This is the third time I have sat down to work on a Prezi for a client and I am now locked out of my prezi again. It crashes during editing and the screen just goes blank...white. I've refreshed, changed browsers, etc, all to no avail. I can playback the Prezi, but am completely unable to edit it. I'm truly starting to panic because it is for a client's TED talk that is ONE month away and now I am only midway through her presentation. If this happens once more, we will have to switch back to Powerpoint. I have been a HUGE Prezi fan and used it for a university's website (still published) but this is completely ridiculous. Please help.

I have referred 4 friends using my unique referral link, and it shows up that '4' have been referred. However, I have not been upgraded. Why is this so? How do I get my "automatic upgrade"? FYI: I currently have EDU enjoy, and assumed I'd be upgraded to Pro.

Does anyone know if I can sign students up without them having an email address? How do you do this? I have an educator account myself but want my students to be able to create their own prezis. My students are 5th and 6th graders so many don't have email addresses and their parents don't want them to have them.

Hi - new to Prezi and unable to edit anything. Getting the following error message:

id: 1200 the reason is: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]

Have tried on two different computers, updated Flash on this machine currently working on, can't find any firewall issues. Seems to be a very common issue with no solution.

I'm trying to convert my prezi to pdf, but it just got stuck after adding pages. Any way to tackle with this problem guys? BTW, I'm in China, will prezi upload the file when converting to pdf? Does it have anything to do with my local great firewall?

Hi, could anyone help in how to control the timing of a prezi on iPad? I would like to do the same as on a desktop: start the next slide only when I tap next. At the moment it does autoplay only and cannot stop once started. Thank you!

When importing YouTube vidoes into a Prezi they randomly resize - the frame around them alters upon clicking on them and, most notably when clicking on 'edit path and animation' button. This is leading to an absolute lack of control over the finished presentation. I am using a Prezi created previously by myself and adding content to it for a follow-up lesson. Please advise
