After a project with many crashes we are wondering if there is a problem with the fade-in-effects we were using.
First we had a Prezi with 55 frames: 30 of them contained a total of 77 fade-in effects.
Everything went fine both on a Mac and standalone on a PC (prezi.exe).
Later one we expanded the 55 frames as follows: 36 of them should contain a total of 92 fade-ins.
With the result: everything is still fine on a Mac, but it's not running on a PC. While the Prezi.exe is loading the process stops saying: "no feedback from Prezi".
What could be the problem? Is there a maximum capacity for fade-in effects in Prezi?
Our presentations with Prezi Desktop are always pretty large (approx. 150 - 500 MB). And we are familiar with problems like:

Very often we are experiencing problems creating a large presentation on a Mac: the results are running well on Mac, but our client aren't able to load the prezi.exe on their Windows machines.
Any help is very appreciated.
